When am I likely to hear back about a role I have applied for?
We aim to shortlist within 3 weeks of the closing date. If we expect any delays to this process, we will endeavour to keep you updated.

How can I prepare?
When preparing for your interview, ensure you research our organisation and remind yourself of the job description.
Prepare for a competency-based interview and come with examples from previous work, education and personal experience. Remember to prepare some of your own questions about the role and working here to ask at interview.
Please familiarise yourself with our location and allow plenty of time to arrive and check in with reception, which can often be busy ahead of your interview.

Aside on the job training, what does the formal training look like on the graduate scheme?
As well as the technical training that you will receive in department there is a core programme aimed to help you develop personally in areas such as confidence, resilience and leadership
Can you obtain Chartership on the graduate scheme and if so how would I go about becoming chartered?
If you choose to work towards Chartership with a professional body this is usually something you start on the graduate programme – it usually takes 4/5 years.
